How does the competition work ?
You will have to pass three different stages to win the contest :
Negotiation: Demonstrate your persuasion skills.
You will participate to a debate where you will be assigned different roles (salesperson, buyer...).
You will be given the opportunity to shine through your ability to negotiate and your determination.
Decision making: Build a project that enhances your leadership skills.
You will have to pretend to be working in the company that will sponsor this event and
simulate a meeting at the end of which you will have to come up with the most decisive strategic decision.
Speech: Speak-up and captivate 400 people.
The seven finalists will have to speak up on stage. You
will be expected to combine charisma, humour, mind openness and
intellectual distinction in order to catch the jury's attention.
Additionally, there will be a Career's Fair during the weekend.
By gathering recruiters and students, the Croisée des talents 2012 is a precious opportunity to broaden your network
and meet companies in an informal and friendly atmosphere. Don't miss out on your chance to secure a job or a placement!
